Interested in Global Health Challenges and Policies?

With our Spring Meeting postponed, you may be looking for some additional CEUs. Well, you are in luck! Dakota State University is offering a 3 credit course that can be taken as a non-degree seeking student.

It is HIM 385 called “Introduction to Global Health”. The course description is as follows:

An introduction to major global health challenges and policies. Emphasis is given to the following areas: socioeconomic determinants of health, global health priorities, and global initiatives for health promotion and disease prevention.

It runs online from 5/18/20-6/26/20. This course is able to be applied to AHIMA continuing education credit and is equivalent to 45 CEU’s with the cost being $1,053.75 for the course tuition.
